Located approximately 10 km from St. Moritz and just 400 metres from Bever railway station and main bus stop, Chesa Rosatch is the ideal refuge for those seeking comfort, tranquillity and easy access to the beauties of Upper Engadin. The Marguns ski lifts in Celerina are less than 6 km away and are conveniently accessible by car, making the accommodation perfect for both summer hikes and days on the slopes.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the condominium and is developed on a single level, ideal for families or groups of up to 7 people.
Living Area
The living area is spacious, bright and characterised by a warm and welcoming atmosphere thanks to the fireplace and period furnishings. The lounge also includes a dining room and offers direct access to the private balcony, connected to the condominium garden where there is a barbecue, children's play equipment and relaxation areas. A portion of the private garden also hosts an outdoor dining table.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, also featuring a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (not provided), allowing you to prepare meals independently with maximum convenience.
Sleeping area
The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and a triple room with a bunk bed and a single bed.
There are two bathrooms: one with shower, toilet and sink; the other en suite in the main double bedroom, equipped with a bathtub and shower.
The apartment has two parking spaces in the garage with the following dimensions:
Length: 440 cm
Width: 230 cm
Height: 205 cm
Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.
I am also available washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes airer and free access to the shared laundry room.
For storing sports equipment there is a ski room. It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.
