The property enjoys a convenient location: it is only 400 metres from the Celerina–Marguns ski lift departure, which can be reached on skis in winter. The Volg supermarket and Celerina railway station are both approximately 600 metres away, while the centre of St. Moritz is just 4 kilometres away.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building without a lift and is accessible via convenient external stairs. With an area of approximately 90 square metres, it is ideal for accommodating up to five people.
The living area is spacious, modern and welcoming, with living room, dining room and kitchen integrated into a single bright space. The kitchen, fully equipped, has an oven, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). From the living room, you can access a sun-exposed balcony, perfect for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the view of the garden and surrounding mountains.
The night area includes a single bedroom and a quadruple room with two bunk beds, used to accommodate up to two people. Next to these rooms is a full bathroom with a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
In a more private area of the apartment, there is an additional double bedroom, furnished with two single beds, served by a complete bathroom with a bath with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi connection and includes a parking space in the garage. It is noted that the garage has limited dimensions (maximum width 200 cm, maximum length 440 cm, maximum height 185 cm) and it is strictly forbidden to park outside the structure. If the vehicle does not fit within the indicated measurements, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal parking lots. It is also forbidden to perform waxing operations within the condominium area.

Chesa San Gian is located at the entrance to Celerina coming from the motorway, in a convenient position and well connected both in winter and in summer. The Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are approximately 900 metres away, whilst the cross-country ski slopes are only 300 metres away. During the summer season, the position is ideal for easily reaching the main hiking trails of the Upper Engadin.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, measures approximately 70 m² and is developed on a single level.
