Chesa Alvra is located in a quiet and convenient position in Celerina, just a few minutes' walk from the railway station and the Celerina-Marguns ski lifts. The railway station is approximately 300 metres away, the ski lifts approximately 400 metres away and the bus stop approximately 600 metres away. In the vicinity you will also find the Volg supermarket, approximately 600 metres away, whilst St. Moritz is approximately 4 km away.
The apartment, approximately 80 square metres, is arranged over two levels, is located on the second floor of a building without a lift and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Living area
On the ground floor of the apartment is the living area, consisting of a bright living room with dining area, ideal for spending relaxing moments after a day in the mountains. From the living room you can access the balcony, from which you can enjoy views of the surrounding mountains.
The kitchen is separate and well equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules are also available, which are not provided.
The sleeping area is spread over both levels of the apartment.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, both furnished with bunk beds, for a total of four beds. In one of the two bedrooms there is a ladder to access the upper bed, whilst in the other access to the upper bed is via a chest of drawers that serves as a step and therefore requires a certain amount of agility. On the same floor there is a complete bathroom with bath, bidet and WC.
The third bedroom is located on the upper floor and is furnished with a double bed. The bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, complete with bath, bidet and WC.
The layout of the rooms allows you to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with a functional division of spaces across the two levels of the apartment.

The apartment has Wi-Fi internet connection, television with satellite TV, hair dryer, central heating and balcony.
The apartment does NOT have a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Guests have access to a ski room (waxing operations not permitted), a bike room and a garage within the property, suitable for one vehicle only, with a maximum height of 180 cm. It is advisable to check the dimensions of your vehicle in advance in relation to the available space.
Parking is not permitted in the condominium areas and, should your car not fit within the garage dimensions, you will need to use the paid public car parks.

Chesa Chavriol is located in the residential area of Celerina, in a central and strategic position that allows you to reach all the main points of interest comfortably on foot. The accommodation is situated in the heart of the village, just a few steps from the winter ice skating rink which, during the summer, transforms into tennis courts and a children's play area. The bus stop is approximately 450 metres away, whilst the railway station is 600 metres away. The Marguns ski lifts are reachable in just 800 metres.
The apartment, of 70 m², is located on the first floor of a condominium without a lift and develops entirely on a single level.
The living area includes a dining corner and a spacious, bright lounge with access to a south-west facing balcony, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the Engadin mountains. The two sofas in the lounge can be converted into single beds, thus allowing accommodation for up to a maximum of 6 people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with a dishwasher and everything necessary for a comfortable stay, as well as a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with classic capsules (capsules not provided). It also has a second dining table.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bath with shower, toilet and bidet.
Guests can use a garage parking space and a shared laundry facility. Skis can be stored in the dedicated rack located in the basement.

Should the vehicle not fit within the stated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions. Just 50 metres from the accommodation, at Vietta Provizel 13, there is a large public car park with a charge.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.

To access the laundry room, you must collect the key from our offices at Via Chalchera 9, 7505 Celerina, following a security deposit of CHF 100. The key must be returned upon completion of use. -
Located in the heart of Celerina, next to the town hall, church and several local restaurants, Chesa Centrum offers an ideal position to fully experience the village atmosphere. The main railway station is just 300 metres away, the bus stop is within walking distance, and the ski lifts and cross-country ski slopes are accessible in approximately 500 metres. Within a short distance (approximately 100 metres in both directions) you will also find the two main minimarkets, Volg and Coop. The famous resort of St. Moritz is just 3 km away.
The apartment is located on the third and top floor of a building served by a lift, and is laid out entirely on a single level. At the entrance, on the left, there is a separate and well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and everything needed to cook independently, as well as a kettle and a Nespresso machine compatible with classic capsules (capsules not provided). In the corridor there is the bathroom, equipped with toilet, sink and a practical bidet shower.
The spacious living room, with TV and integrated dining area, is the heart of the home: a welcoming and bright space in which to relax after a day in the Engadin mountains. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: one double with two single beds and two rooms with bunk beds, ideal for children or friends.
Guests also have access to an iron with ironing board and a parking space in a nearby garage (with limited dimensions: height 185 cm, width 235 cm, length 490 cm). The garage, whilst being nearby, is not directly connected to the building. Should the vehicle not fit within the stated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at the municipal car parks. There is also a communal laundry room.
CHECK-IN INFORMATION
We will be happy to welcome you at our office, open every day from 10:00 to 20:00. If you expect to arrive outside this time slot, the key will be made available to you through various methods. We therefore invite you to contact us before your arrival to arrange the details.
Check-in is normally scheduled from 16:00 onwards. If you wish to arrive early, please inform us in advance: we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Laundry room use
Access to the laundry room requires collecting the key from our offices, subject to a security deposit of CHF 100. The key must be returned once you have finished using it.
