Description
Located in a quiet and sunny area of Celerina, Chesa Alvra is just 4 km from St. Moritz, 300 metres from the railway station and 600 metres from the bus stop. The Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are easily accessible on foot, just 400 metres from the apartment.
The apartment, approximately 65 m², is spread over two levels and is located on the second floor of a residential building without a lift. Access is via an external staircase.
At the entrance, there is a wardrobe, which leads into a very bright living area, consisting of a living room with dining area, table for multiple people and access to a south-facing balcony overlooking the mountains, perfect for enjoying the fresh air of Engadin.
The kitchen is separate, equipped with a window and provided with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Chicco d'Oro coffee machine, moka and kettle – the essentials for a relaxing and independent stay.
On the first level, there is a comfortable double bedroom and a windowed bathroom complete with shower, sink, washing machine.
From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the second level (attic), where there is a second double bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with sink, WC and bidet, offering additional privacy and comfort for families or small groups.
At the guests' disposal is also a parking space in the garage, shared with another apartment (maximum height 180 cm). Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated measurements, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at the municipal car parks.

Chesa Chamuotsch is located in the heart of Celerina, in a very convenient and strategic position. Just a few steps away is the ice skating rink in winter, which transforms into tennis courts and a children's play area in summer. The ski lifts and railway station are approximately 500 metres away, whilst St. Moritz is only 2 km away. The cross-country ski slopes are about 400 metres away and the trails, both summer and winter, start directly in the vicinity of the apartment. The Volg and Coop supermarkets are less than 350 metres away.
The flat is located on the second floor, without a lift, of a residential complex and is a two-room flat of approximately 40 sqm. It features a welcoming living room, where if needed it is possible to set up two single beds. The open-plan kitchen, directly connected to the living room, is equipped with all comforts, including a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules are not provided).
The sleeping area, in addition to the two pull-out beds in the living room, consists of a double bedroom. The apartment can therefore accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. The property is completed by a full bathroom with bathtub and bidet. The apartment also has a balcony accessible from the living room, from which you can enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding green area.
Guests can use a garage parking space and a shared laundry facility. Skis can be stored in the dedicated rack located in the basement.

Use of the laundry
Access to the laundry requires collection of the key from our offices, subject to a security deposit of CHF 100. The key must be returned upon completion of use. -

In winter it is just a few steps from the ice skating rink, which in summer transforms into tennis courts and a children's play area. The ski lifts and railway station are approximately 500 metres away, whilst the cross-country skiing trails are just 300 metres away. During the fine season, the apartment is an ideal starting point for some of the most spectacular hikes in the Engadin valley.
The apartment, of approximately 60 m², is located in a building without a lift and is laid out on a single level.
The living area opens into an open space that includes lounge, living zone and kitchen. From here you have access to the balcony.
The American kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and everything necessary to cook independently. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin room with a bunk bed.
The bunk bed is equipped with mattresses of reduced dimensions, ideal for children (80 × 190 cm).
The apartment has a complete bathroom with a bathtub.
A parking space is available in the garage.

There is a ski rack in the garage.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out ski waxing operations within the condominium area.

Check-in is normally scheduled from 16:00 onwards. If you wish to arrive early, please inform us in advance: we will do our best to meet your request.
