Description
Chesa Charots is located at the entrance to Celerina coming from the motorway, in a strategic position that allows you to conveniently reach every point of interest. It is only 900 metres from the Celerina-Marguns ski lifts and 300 metres from the cross-country ski slopes, making it perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. In summer it is an ideal starting point for splendid excursions in the nature of the Upper Engadin. St. Moritz is just 3 km away, whilst the picturesque Lake Staz is reachable on foot in about 20 minutes. The bus stop is 600 metres away and the main railway station is 700 metres away, guaranteeing excellent connections by public transport as well.
The apartment, located on the second floor without a lift, is organised into completely separate zones, offering comfort and privacy. The lounge is spacious and bright, with direct access to a sunny balcony facing south-west, ideal for relaxing whilst admiring the Alpine panorama. Next door, in a welcoming environment, there is a dining room. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, with 4 hobs, oven, dishwasher and all essential utensils for cooking comfortably. Available to guests are a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules are not provided).
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin room with two single beds (dimensions: length 180, width 85 cm), suitable for both families and groups of friends.
The French-style bathroom is functionally divided: the anteroom with washbasin leads on one side to an independent toilet, and on the other to a second space with bathtub, washbasin and bidet, offering practicality and privacy.
At the guests' disposal there is also a ski room and a paid communal laundry located in the basement.
Complete the property a private garage parking space (dimensions: height 200 cm, depth 460 cm, width 235 cm), ideal also in case of snow or frost. Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. Wi-Fi included.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.

The cross-country ski slopes are about 400 metres away and the trails, both summer and winter, start directly in the vicinity of the apartment. The Volg and Coop supermarkets are less than 350 metres away.

It features a welcoming living room, where if needed it is possible to set up two single beds. The open-plan kitchen, directly connected to the living room, is equipped with all comforts, including a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules are not provided).
The sleeping area, in addition to the two pull-out beds in the living room, consists of a double bedroom. The apartment can therefore accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. The property is completed by a full bathroom with bathtub and bidet. The apartment also has a balcony accessible from the living room, from which you can enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding green area.
Guests can use a garage parking space and a shared laundry facility. Skis can be stored in the dedicated rack located in the basement.

Use of the laundry
Access to the laundry requires collection of the key from our offices, subject to a security deposit of CHF 100. The key must be returned upon completion of use. -

The ski lifts and railway station are approximately 500 metres away, whilst the cross-country skiing trails are just 300 metres away. During the fine season, the apartment is an ideal starting point for some of the most spectacular hikes in the Engadin valley.
The apartment, of approximately 60 m², is located in a building without a lift and is laid out on a single level.
The living area opens into an open space that includes lounge, living zone and kitchen. From here you have access to the balcony.
The American kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and everything necessary to cook independently. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin room with a bunk bed.
The bunk bed is equipped with mattresses of reduced dimensions, ideal for children (80 × 190 cm).
The apartment has a complete bathroom with a bathtub.
A parking space is available in the garage.

If you expect to arrive outside this time slot, the key will be made available to you through various methods. We therefore invite you to contact us before your arrival to arrange the details.
Check-in is normally scheduled from 16:00 onwards. If you wish to arrive early, please inform us in advance: we will do our best to meet your request.
