The ski lifts are located 700 metres away, while the cross-country ski trails are just 300 metres distant. In summer, the area represents an ideal starting point for panoramic hikes and outdoor activities.
The apartment, approximately 60 m², is located on the second floor of a condominium building without a lift and is arranged on a single level.
The living area, bright and welcoming, includes a living room with direct access to a private west-facing terrace, perfect for relaxing at sunset. The kitchen is habitable and fully equipped with four electric hobs, oven and dishwasher.
The night area consists of two bedrooms: a double room and a twin room with a bunk bed. The bathroom is complete and features a bathtub.

The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the Marguns ski lifts and the railway station, while the supermarket is within walking distance in just a few minutes, making every daily need easily accessible.

The spaces are functional and welcoming, with a bright living area equipped with a kitchenette, a master bedroom and a second room with a bunk bed, perfect for children or guests. The bathroom is complete and well-organised. The property includes a parking space and offers Wi-Fi connection, ensuring comfort and convenience in every season.
The apartment has 1 parking space inside the condominium garage. No specific space is assigned, but it is possible to park where free space is available.
The parking space in the garage is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis and may be used by only one vehicle. The car must be parked vertically with respect to the entrance, never horizontally, and must always be left unlocked with the keys inside the vehicle.
