The Marguns ski lifts, connected to the Corviglia ski area, are accessible on foot and are approximately 400 metres away. St. Moritz is approximately 2 km away.
The apartment of approximately 90 m² is located on the second floor of a condominium building with a lift and is laid out on a single level.
The living area opens onto a spacious lounge with access to the balcony and dining area. The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and everything needed to cook independently. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided).
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one triple room with single beds and a pull-out bed. Completing the property are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.
At the disposal of guests there is a parking space in the garage.
Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.
