Gordon House 1 is located in the upper part of Celerina, in a quiet but convenient location: the ski lifts and the centre are about 600 metres away, the railway station 350 metres, while the nearest bus stop is 500 metres away. St. Moritz is just 3 km away.
The apartment, approximately 70 m², is located on the third floor (without a lift) and is an attic flat, with varying heights that provide a welcoming atmosphere.
The living area, located on a slightly raised level and accessible via a few steps, offers a bright living room with a dining area and access to a panoramic balcony with an open view. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and everything necessary for independent cooking. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided).
The night area includes two bedrooms: both double, one with single beds and the other with a bunk bed. The accommodation also has a complete bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and WC.
A parking space in the garage is available for guests.

The external parking space is exclusively usable for loading and unloading operations.
If the vehicle does not fit within the indicated measurements, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.
At the disposal of guests, a pay laundry and a ski room for storing winter equipment. It is strictly forbidden to perform waxing operations within the condominium area.
