Chesa La Drosa is located in the upper part of Celerina, in a quiet area but conveniently connected to the main services of the village. The railway station is approximately 500 metres away, whilst the nearest bus stop is about 600 metres away. The Marguns ski facilities, connected to the Corviglia ski area, are reachable in approximately 700 metres. St. Moritz is just 4 km away.
The apartment, of approximately 130 m², is located on the second floor of a condominium without a lift and is spread over four levels connected by internal stairs.
Entry Level – Living Area and Kitchen
On entering, a bright dining area opens up with access to the terrace. From here you can also reach a balcony, connected via an external staircase to the balcony of the lower floor, adjacent to the master bedroom.
On the same level there is a separate kitchen, fully equipped with oven, dishwasher and everything necessary for independent cooking. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided).
Lower level – Main sleeping area
Descending one level gives access to the main sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, a master bedroom and a double room with two single beds. On the same floor there are two full bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub and bidet.
Upper level – Living room and third bedroom
Going up from the entrance level, you find the living room, which also has access to the balcony. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with a double bed. Through further internal stairs, you reach the private bathroom of this bedroom, equipped with a shower.
At the disposal of guests there is only one external parking space.
Access to the shared laundry room for a fee.
For the storage of sports equipment there is a ski room.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.

Guests can use a garage parking space and a shared laundry facility. Skis can be stored in the dedicated rack located in the basement.

To access the laundry room, you must collect the key from our offices at Via Chalchera 9, 7505 Celerina, following a security deposit of CHF 100. The key must be returned upon completion of use. -
Located in the heart of Celerina, next to the town hall, church, and several local restaurants, Chesa Centrum offers an ideal location to fully experience the village atmosphere. The main railway station is just 300 metres away, the bus stop is a stone's throw away, and the ski lifts and cross-country ski trails are reachable in about 500 metres. At a short distance (about 100 metres in both directions) are also the two main minimarkets, Volg and Coop. The famous resort of St. Moritz is just 3 km away.
The apartment is located on the third and last floor of a building served by a lift, and develops entirely on a single level. At the entrance, on the left, there is a separate and well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and everything necessary to cook independently, as well as a kettle and a Nespresso machine compatible with classic capsules (capsules not provided). In the corridor is the bathroom, equipped with toilet, sink and practical hand shower for bidet.
The spacious living room, with TV and integrated dining area, represents the heart of the house: a welcoming and bright environment in which to relax after a day in the Engadine mountains. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: a double room with two single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed, and two rooms with bunk beds, ideal for children or friends.
Available to guests is also an ironing board with iron and a parking space in the garage nearby (with limited dimensions: height 185 cm, width 235 cm, length 490 cm). The garage, although close, is not directly connected to the building. Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated measurements, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. There is also a communal laundry room
CHECK-IN INFORMATION
We will be happy to welcome you at our office, which is open every day from 10:00 to 20:00. If you expect to arrive outside of this time slot, the key will be made available to you through various methods. We therefore invite you to contact us before your arrival to agree on the details.
Check-in is normally scheduled from 4:00 PM. If you wish to arrive early, please inform us in good time: we will do our best to accommodate your request.
