The building is 200m from the railway station and 100m from the bus stop, while ski lifts and cross-country ski trails are easily accessible on foot. St. Moritz, with its elegant charm, is just 2km away.
The apartment, located on the second floor without a lift, develops over two levels and offers a welcoming and functional atmosphere. At the entrance, a bright living area opens up, where the living room and dining room merge into a single convivial space, enriched by a balcony directly accessible from the relaxation area.
