Chesa San Gian is located at the entrance to Celerina, in a strategic position both in winter and summer. The Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are reachable in about ten minutes on foot, while the ski slopes are just three hundred metres away. During the summer season, the apartment is an excellent starting point for exploring the most beautiful hikes in the area.
The accommodation, of approximately fifty square metres, is located on the first floor of an apartment building and is spread over a single level. The living area is spacious and bright, with a cosy living room and a dining area overlooking a large terrace. The kitchen, separate and well-equipped, has an oven and three hobs.
The night area includes a double bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed, ideal for families or small groups. The bathroom is complete with sink, bathtub, toilet and bidet.
A communal laundry facility is available for guests, which is payable.
The apartment has ONE external reserved parking space.
