Chesa Pradash is located in the San Gian area of Celerina on the River Inn, very close to the beautiful church of San Gian and its meadows. The cross-country ski trails and paths are directly accessible from the apartment. The railway station is 500 metres away, the Celerina-Marguns cable car is 1 km away and the free shuttle bus stops right outside, while the supermarket is just 400 metres away. Within a 400 metre radius of the house there are four renowned restaurants.
Chesa Pradash - 5 is a 150 square metre apartment on the second floor without a lift, spread over two levels.
On the first floor of the apartment there is a large living room, a terrace with a breathtaking view overlooking the San Gian church, the River Inn, and the beautiful Muottas Muragls. The first floor is completed by a dining room with a separate spacious kitchen.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two double rooms and one with two single beds. The second floor is completed by a shower room and a second bathroom with a bathtub.
There is one parking space in the garage.
The use of the laundry is not permitted.

In the heart of Celerina, very close to the ice rink in winter, which becomes tennis courts and children's area in summer. Only 500 metres from the ski lifts and the station.
Chesa Chavriol is a 70 sqm apartment with a separable dining and living room area. The living room has two sofas that become single beds, a habitable kitchen with its own table, a double bedroom, a room with bunk beds and a desk area, a bathroom with bath/shower, WC and bidet. The apartment has a south-west facing balcony. -
Located in the heart of Celerina, next to the town hall, church, and several local restaurants, Chesa Centrum offers an ideal location to fully experience the village atmosphere. The main railway station is just 300 metres away, the bus stop is a stone's throw away, and the ski lifts and cross-country ski trails are reachable in about 500 metres. At a short distance (about 100 metres in both directions) are also the two main minimarkets, Volg and Coop. The famous resort of St. Moritz is just 3 km away.
The apartment is located on the third and top floor of a building served by a lift, and develops entirely on a single level. At the entrance, on the left, there is a separate and well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and everything necessary to cook independently. In the corridor is the first bathroom, equipped with wc, washbasin and practical shower for bidet.
The spacious living room, with TV and integrated dining area, represents the heart of the house: a welcoming and bright environment in which to relax after a day in the Engadine mountains. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: a double room with two single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed, and two rooms with bunk beds, ideal for children or friends. The second bathroom, also complete, has wc, bidet, washbasin and shower.
Available to guests is also an ironing board with iron and a parking space in a nearby garage (with limited dimensions: height 185 cm, width 235 cm, length 490 cm). The garage, although nearby, is not directly connected to the building. There is also a communal laundry room accessible to guests.
