Chesa Prasura is a welcoming and bright apartment of about 90 m² spread over two floors, with independent entrance and a warm and familiar atmosphere. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area with direct access to the south-facing garden, ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying an evening in company. The modern open-plan kitchen overlooking the dining room is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher and oven, perfect for preparing delicious breakfasts or convivial dinners. Also on the ground floor is a single room with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and washing machine. On the upper floor, you will find a double bedroom with a panoramic balcony and a second room with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

The location is ideal for mountain and ski enthusiasts: the Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are just 400 metres away and the return is practically ski-in.
