Chesa Prasura is located in the highest part of Celerina and offers a spectacular view of the plain and Muottas Muragl. Ideal location for mountain and ski enthusiasts: the Celerina–Marguns lifts are only 750 m away; Celerina railway station is 450 m away and St. Moritz is approximately 2 km away. In summer, numerous hiking trails and mountain bike routes depart from the house, ideal for day trips and exploring the surrounding alpine area.
The apartment, welcoming and bright, measures approximately 90 m² on two levels with an independent entrance. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with direct access to the south-facing garden, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven), a single bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the upper floor, there is a master bedroom with a panoramic balcony, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.
It is reported that the apartment does not have a garage or parking space, and parking in the common areas is not permitted. The administration reserves the right to contact the authorities for the forced removal of vehicles and the application of related penalties.

Due to municipal road works on Via Lavinas and Vietta Funtanella, from 13 April 2026 until approximately mid-November, car access to the property may not be guaranteed. A tariff reduction has been applied to compensate for the inconvenience. We apologise for the disruption and thank you for your understanding.
