Chesa San Gian is located at the beginning of Celerina, in a very convenient position to reach from the motorway and perfect for experiencing the Engadina in every season. The Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are approximately 900 metres away, whilst the cross-country skiing slopes are just 300 metres from the apartment. In the summer months, this area becomes an ideal starting point for exploring the wonderful hikes of Upper Engadina, amongst scenic trails and e-bike routes.
The apartment, of approximately 90 m², is located on the raised ground floor of a chalet and develops entirely on a single level. The rooms are welcoming and well-distributed, designed to offer a relaxing stay with family or friends.
Living Area
The living area is spacious and bright: the lounge and dining room form a single convivial space, ideal for relaxing after a day in the open air. From here you can access a large terrace that leads directly to the garden, a pleasant space to enjoy on sunny days. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, with an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (not provided), offering everything you need to cook independently.
Sleeping area
The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms: a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with single beds and a single bedroom, all furnished with simplicity and functionality. The two bathrooms guarantee comfort and practicality during your stay: the first is equipped with a shower, WC and sink, whilst the second features a bath with integrated shower, WC, bidet and double sink.
Services and facilities
The apartment has only one reserved external parking space. In the event that guests arrive with two vehicles, one of the vehicles will need to be parked in a paid parking area, as there is insufficient space within the property. There is also a shared laundry room available for a fee. For storing sports equipment, a ski room is available and, as in all properties, waxing operations are strictly prohibited within the shared condominium area.

The Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are approximately 900 metres away, whilst the cross-country ski slopes are only 300 metres away. During the summer season, the position is ideal for easily reaching the main hiking trails of the Upper Engadin.
