During the summer, the area is an excellent starting point for exploring the wonderful hikes of Upper Engadine.
The apartment, approximately 90 sqm, is located on the raised ground floor of a chalet and develops entirely on a single level. The internal spaces are welcoming and well-distributed, ideal for a relaxing family stay. The living room and dining area form a single, bright environment, which opens onto a large terrace with direct access to the garden, perfect for enjoying the alpine fresh air.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster and dishwasher, offering everything necessary to cook independently. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: a double room, a twin room with single beds and a single room, all furnished with simplicity and functionality.
There are two bathrooms: the first with shower, toilet and sink, the second equipped with a bathtub with integrated shower, toilet, bidet and double sink, to ensure maximum comfort during the stay.
At the guests' disposal is access to the communal laundry, which can be used for a fee.
The apartment has ONE external reserved parking space.
