This welcoming house of approximately 80 m² presents itself as an ideal solution for families or groups of up to six people. The rooms are bright, well-organised and overlook a pleasant patio that faces the condominium courtyard, a perfect space to relax outdoors in complete tranquillity.
Living Area
The living area is designed to offer comfort and conviviality. The lounge, bright and welcoming, opens directly onto the patio, creating continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. The kitchen is independent, modern and fully equipped: it features a glass-ceramic hob, oven, fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, crockery and utensils, as well as a coffee maker and kettle. The house is also equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, hair dryer, central heating, television and Wi-Fi connection, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay.
Sleeping area
The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms, organised in a functional way to accommodate up to six people. The two full bathrooms ensure comfort for everyone: one is equipped with a shower, while the other has a bathtub, thus offering solutions suited to every need.
Services and facilities
The house provides a garage parking space with a maximum height of 195 cm. Should your vehicle exceed these dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. A paid communal laundry is also available.
The property is pet-friendly, allowing your four-legged friends to accompany you on holiday.

Chesa La Giunfra is located in the heart of Celerina, in an ideal position both in winter and summer. The railway station is about 500 metres away, while the nearest bus stop is only 300 metres away. The ski lifts of Celerina–Marguns, connected to the Corviglia ski area, are 700 metres away; the cross-country ski trails are about 300 metres away. St. Moritz is 2 kilometres away.
The accommodation, approximately 80 sq m, is located on the first floor of an apartment building (without a lift) and is entirely developed on a single level.
The entrance leads to a separate and well-equipped kitchen, equipped with hobs, dishwasher and oven. There is a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided).
The living area, bright and welcoming, combines living room and dining room with a large table for eight people. From here, you can directly access the balcony, connected via a staircase to the communal garden.
The night area includes three bedrooms: a double room, a twin room with single beds, and a twin room with a bunk bed. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
At the guests' disposal, a ski room for storing winter equipment.
It is strictly forbidden to perform waxing operations within the condominium area.
There is a shared parking space in the garage and a communal laundry room (*).

Access to the laundry requires collecting the key from our offices, subject to a deposit of CHF 100. The key must be returned upon completion of use. -
Chesa Chavriol is located in the residential area of Celerina, in a central and strategic position that allows you to reach all the main points of interest comfortably on foot. The accommodation is situated in the heart of the village, just a few steps from the winter ice skating rink which, during the summer, transforms into tennis courts and a children's play area. The bus stop is approximately 450 metres away, whilst the railway station is 600 metres away. The Marguns ski lifts are reachable in just 800 metres.
The apartment, of 70 m², is located on the first floor of a condominium without a lift and develops entirely on a single level.
The living area includes a dining corner and a spacious, bright lounge with access to a south-west facing balcony, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the Engadin mountains. The two sofas in the lounge can be converted into single beds, thus allowing accommodation for up to a maximum of 6 people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with a dishwasher and everything necessary for a comfortable stay, as well as a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with classic capsules (capsules not provided). It also has a second dining table.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bath with shower, toilet and bidet.
Guests can use a garage parking space and a shared laundry facility. Skis can be stored in the dedicated rack located in the basement.

Should the vehicle not fit within the stated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions. Just 50 metres from the accommodation, at Vietta Provizel 13, there is a large public car park with a charge.
