Chesa Spedlas is located in the Celerina area just above the station. It is 300 metres from the station and 500 metres from the Celerina-Marguns cable car.
From the house, you can reach the ski lifts on foot. During the summer, hiking trails and cycle paths are just a few steps away.
The approximately 130 square metre apartment is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden.
There is a large living room facing south. Independent kitchen. A double bedroom and two rooms with two single beds. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
