The house is located in the centre of Celerina, directly opposite the Reformed church of Bel Taimpel. The railway station is only 150 metres away, whilst the ski lifts are approximately 500 metres away. St. Moritz is reachable in just 2 kilometres and, in the immediate vicinity, there are shops and restaurants. Both in summer and in winter, hiking trails start directly from the apartment, making the location ideal for those who wish to get around on foot.
The living area consists of a bright living room with a relaxation area and dining zone, overlooking the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules, which are not provided.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: one double bedroom, one with a French bed and a third with two single beds, one of which is pull-out. There are also two bathrooms, both comfortable and functional.
The house has external parking spaces and a shared laundry room. There is a dedicated ski room for storing sports equipment. Please note that waxing operations are strictly prohibited within the condominium area.

Chesa San Gian is located at the entrance to Celerina coming from the motorway, in a convenient position and well connected both in winter and in summer. The Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are approximately 900 metres away, whilst the cross-country ski slopes are only 300 metres away. During the summer season, the position is ideal for easily reaching the main hiking trails of the Upper Engadin.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, measures approximately 70 m² and is developed on a single level.
