Description
The house is located in the centre of Celerina, directly opposite the Reformed church of Bel Taimpel. The railway station is only 150 metres away, whilst the ski lifts are approximately 500 metres away. St. Moritz is reachable in just 2 kilometres and, in the immediate vicinity, there are shops and restaurants. Both in summer and in winter, hiking trails start directly from the apartment, making the location ideal for those who wish to get around on foot.
The living area consists of a bright living room with a relaxation area and dining zone, overlooking the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules, which are not provided.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: one double bedroom, one with a French bed and a third with two single beds, one of which is pull-out. There are also two bathrooms, both comfortable and functional.
The house has external parking spaces and a shared laundry room. There is a dedicated ski room for storing sports equipment. Please note that waxing operations are strictly prohibited within the condominium area.

Check-in is normally scheduled from 16:00 onwards, but if you wish to arrive early we ask you to inform us: we shall do our best to accommodate you.

Just 900 metres away are the Celerina-Marguns ski lifts, ideal for alpine skiing enthusiasts, whilst the cross-country ski slopes are a short distance away, just 300 metres from the property.
Celerina railway station is approximately 600 metres away, about a 10-minute walk, and the nearest bus stop is only 100 metres away, about a 3-minute walk.
The 80 m² apartment, located on the ground floor, offers well-distributed and functional spaces.
The living area is spacious and bright, consisting of a welcoming lounge and a dining area perfect for spending convivial moments. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, featuring four electric hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (not provided).
From the living area it is possible to access a large terrace directly connected to the garden, an ideal space for relaxing in the open air.
Sleeping area
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: a master bedroom and a second bedroom with two bunk beds, ideal for families with children or small groups.

The collection of keys must be carried out at our office in Celerina. At the time of check-in you will be provided with a voucher with the number plate of the authorised vehicle, which must be displayed on the dashboard once the car is parked.

IMPORTANT
The car park is subject to the availability of free spaces. In the event that no spaces are available, it will be necessary to use the public car parks in the vicinity.
Due to the reduced size of the parking spaces, vans, minivans or large SUVs are not permitted.
Public car parks are available within 200 metres of the apartment. We recommend purchasing a weekly subscription for CHF 15.00 via the Parkingpay app.

Chesa Pedra is located in the heart of Celerina, in a central and very convenient location. The railway station is just 200 metres away, while the bus stop is 100 metres away. The ski lifts and cross-country ski trails are easily accessible on foot. St. Moritz is only 2 km away.
The apartment, located on the second floor (without a lift), is spread over two levels.
At the entrance, a bright living area opens up, where the living room and dining room form a single and welcoming environment, with direct access to a balcony. The kitchen, separate and well-equipped, is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and everything necessary to cook independently. Coffee machine compatible with standard Nespresso capsules (capsules not provided).
The night area comprises two rooms. The main bedroom is a double room. The second room, designed to accommodate up to three people, is spread over two levels: a single bed is located on the lower floor, while two other single beds are placed in the attic area, accessible via an internal staircase.
The main bathroom is complete with a shower, while a second service room, with WC and washbasin, is also located on the first level.
A parking space in the garage is available for guests.
