The accommodation is approximately 2 km from St. Moritz and enjoys a strategic location: transport links are easily accessible on foot, with the railway station and bus stop both situated 600 metres away. The ski lifts are located 700 metres away, while the cross-country ski trails are just 300 metres distant. In summer, the area represents an ideal starting point for panoramic hikes and outdoor activities.
The apartment, approximately 60 m², is located on the second floor of a condominium building without a lift and is arranged on a single level.
The living area, bright and welcoming, includes a living room with direct access to a private west-facing terrace, perfect for relaxing at sunset. The kitchen is habitable and fully equipped with four electric hobs, oven and dishwasher.
The night area consists of two bedrooms: a double room and a twin room with a bunk bed. The bathroom is complete and features a bathtub.
At the guests' disposal is a parking space in the garage (width 205 cm - height 195 cm) on a sliding platform (width 185 cm - length 370 cm). There is also a pay-per-use laundry room.

Located in a quiet and sunny area of Celerina, Chesa Alvra is just 4 km from St. Moritz, 300 metres from the railway station and 600 metres from the bus stop. The Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are easily accessible on foot, just 400 metres from the apartment.

Chesa San Gian is located at the entrance to Celerina, in a strategic position both in winter and summer. The Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are reachable in about ten minutes on foot, while the ski slopes are just three hundred metres away. During the summer season, the apartment is an excellent starting point for exploring the most beautiful hikes in the area.

The living area is spacious and bright, with a cosy living room and a dining area overlooking a large terrace. The kitchen, separate and well-equipped, has an oven and three hobs.
