The Marguns ski lifts are 800 metres away, while St. Moritz is just 2 km away. Hiking trails, both summer and winter, start directly from the apartment, making it perfect for nature and sports enthusiasts.
The dwelling, located on the ground floor and developed on a single level, offers a surface area of 60 sq m designed to ensure comfort and functionality. The living area, spacious and bright, features an American kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave. It also includes the dining area and a living room with a fireplace, ideal for moments of relaxation.
