On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area with direct access to the south-facing garden, ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying an evening in company. The modern open-plan kitchen overlooking the dining room is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher and oven, perfect for preparing delicious breakfasts or convivial dinners. Also on the ground floor is a single room with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and washing machine. On the upper floor, you will find a double bedroom with a panoramic balcony and a second room with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

The building is 200m from the railway station and 100m from the bus stop, while ski lifts and cross-country ski trails are easily accessible on foot. At the entrance, a bright living area opens up, where the living room and dining room merge into a single convivial space, enriched by a balcony directly accessible from the relaxation area.
