Chesa Prasura is located in the highest part of Celerina and enjoys a spectacular view over the plain and Muottas Muragl. The position is ideal for mountain and skiing enthusiasts: the Celerina–Marguns facilities are only 750 metres away, Celerina railway station is reachable in approximately 450 metres and St. Moritz is just over 2 km away. During the summer, numerous hiking trails and mountain bike routes depart from the house, perfect for exploring the Engadin and its mountains.
The flat, welcoming and bright, measures approximately 90 m² distributed over two levels and has an independent entrance. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with direct access to the south-facing garden, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher and oven, a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom equipped with shower and a washing machine. On the upper floor there are a double bedroom with panoramic balcony, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
It is noted that the apartment does not have a garage or parking space and that parking in condominium areas is not permitted. Should the vehicle not fit within the dimensions of available public car parks or it not be possible to park in the immediate vicinity, it shall be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. The management furthermore reserves the right to contact the authorities for the forced removal of vehicles and the application of related penalties.
For the storage of sports equipment, a ski room is available. It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.
Check-in is normally available from 4:00 PM. If you wish to arrive early, we invite you to inform us in advance: we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Chesa San Gian is located at the entrance to Celerina coming from the motorway, in a convenient position and well connected both in winter and in summer. The Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are approximately 900 metres away, whilst the cross-country ski slopes are only 300 metres away. During the summer season, the position is ideal for easily reaching the main hiking trails of the Upper Engadin.
