Chesa Villasimius 18 is a welcoming apartment located in a privileged position in the heart of Engadina. The accommodation is located right in front of Celerina railway station, making travel extremely convenient, and is only 300 metres from the Marguns ski lift, a perfect starting point for skiing days or panoramic hikes. The town centre is just a few steps away, while St. Moritz is easily reachable in just 4 km.
The apartment is located on the top floor of a quiet condominium and is accessible via an internal staircase. It develops entirely on a single level and offers an area of 90 square meters, designed to ensure comfort and functionality. The living area is spacious and bright, with a living room and dining room integrated into a single welcoming environment, enriched by large windows and direct access to a sunny terrace with a splendid view of the mountains and Muottas Muragl.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with an oven, kettle, and coffee machine. A convenient high table with two bar-style stools offers a perfect space for breakfast or a quick snack. The apartment has three bedrooms: a double room, a double room with single beds that can be joined upon request, and a third room with a bunk bed. The two bathrooms are well distributed: the first is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, and bathtub with shower, while the second offers a sink, toilet, and a convenient shower.
Among the additional comforts are a private washing machine, a communal laundry, an iron and ironing board, and a clothes drying rack.

Chesa Chavriol is located in the residential area of Celerina, in a central and strategic position that allows you to reach all the main points of interest comfortably on foot. The accommodation is situated in the heart of the village, just a few steps from the winter ice skating rink which, during the summer, transforms into tennis courts and a children's play area. The bus stop is approximately 450 metres away, whilst the railway station is 600 metres away. The Marguns ski lifts are reachable in just 800 metres.
The apartment, of 70 m², is located on the first floor of a condominium without a lift and develops entirely on a single level.
The living area includes a dining corner and a spacious, bright lounge with access to a south-west facing balcony, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the Engadin mountains. The two sofas in the lounge can be converted into single beds, thus allowing accommodation for up to a maximum of 6 people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with a dishwasher and everything necessary for a comfortable stay, as well as a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with classic capsules (capsules not provided). It also has a second dining table.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bath with shower, toilet and bidet.
Guests can use a garage parking space and a shared laundry facility. Skis can be stored in the dedicated rack located in the basement.

Should the vehicle not fit within the stated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions. Just 50 metres from the accommodation, at Vietta Provizel 13, there is a large public car park with a charge.

To access the laundry room, you must collect the key from our offices at Via Chalchera 9, 7505 Celerina, following a security deposit of CHF 100. The key must be returned upon completion of use. -
Located in the heart of Celerina, next to the town hall, church, and several local restaurants, Chesa Centrum offers an ideal location to fully experience the village atmosphere. The main railway station is just 300 metres away, the bus stop is a stone's throw away, and the ski lifts and cross-country ski trails are reachable in about 500 metres. At a short distance (about 100 metres in both directions) are also the two main minimarkets, Volg and Coop. The famous resort of St. Moritz is just 3 km away.
The apartment is located on the third and last floor of a building served by a lift, and develops entirely on a single level. At the entrance, on the left, there is a separate and well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and everything necessary to cook independently, as well as a kettle and a Nespresso machine compatible with classic capsules (capsules not provided). In the corridor is the bathroom, equipped with toilet, sink and practical hand shower for bidet.
The spacious living room, with TV and integrated dining area, represents the heart of the house: a welcoming and bright environment in which to relax after a day in the Engadine mountains. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: a double room with two single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed, and two rooms with bunk beds, ideal for children or friends.
Available to guests is also an ironing board with iron and a parking space in the garage nearby (with limited dimensions: height 185 cm, width 235 cm, length 490 cm). The garage, although close, is not directly connected to the building. Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated measurements, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. There is also a communal laundry room

We will be happy to welcome you at our office, which is open every day from 10:00 to 20:00. If you expect to arrive outside of this time slot, the key will be made available to you through various methods. We therefore invite you to contact us before your arrival to agree on the details.
Check-in is normally scheduled from 4:00 PM. If you wish to arrive early, please inform us in good time: we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Use of the Laundry
