Chesa Valluna is a spacious and welcoming apartment located in the heart of Chamues-ch, in a strategic and convenient position close to all services. A few steps away are shops, restaurants, the bus stop, the Musella children's ski lift, cross-country ski trails, and hiking paths. The railway station is about 700 metres away, the Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are 11 km away, while St. Moritz is reachable in approximately 14 km.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building served by a lift and develops over two levels, with a total surface area of approximately 110 m². Upon entering, there is a large wardrobe that leads to the first bedroom area, located on the left. Here there is a master bedroom equipped with a spacious walk-in wardrobe with a safe and a complete en-suite bathroom with a bathtub with shower, double washbasin, bidet and WC.
In another area, the second bedroom area is developed, consisting of a single room and a double room with single beds. This area also has a complete bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. The apartment is also equipped with a vacuum cleaner, clothes horse, ironing board and iron.

The location is ideal for those seeking peace without giving up the services of the village: the station and bus stop are about 700 metres away. The Celerina–Marguns facilities, connected to the entire Corviglia ski area, are 12 km away, while St. Moritz is reachable in about 15 km.
The spacious 150 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift and develops over two levels, both of which have an independent entrance served by a lift.
