Chesa Aurora in La Punt enjoys a strategic location. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a splendid elegant condominium. Only 100 metres from the bus stop, 500 metres from the railway station and about 300 metres from the supermarket, it allows you to move comfortably even without a car. Cross-country ski trails and main walking paths are easily accessible within a few steps. The centre of St. Moritz is about 14 km away, where you can access ski lifts and enjoy the splendid mountains of Engadin.
The apartment is very comfortable and has two bedrooms: one double and one with bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, and a splendid living area with direct access to the private patio, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). Finely furnished, it is equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing holiday: every detail is taken care of to offer comfort, relaxation and tranquillity.

Chesa Filia is a three-room apartment located in the sunny area of La Punt, at the foot of the Albula Pass. The location is quiet and well-connected: the railway station and bus stop are both about 350 metres away. The historic centre is not much further and hiking trails start directly from the house. In winter, the Mussella ski lift and cross-country ski trails are about 1.5 km away, while St. Moritz is 15 km distant.
The apartment, approximately 70 m², is located on the first floor (without a lift) and is accessible via internal stairs.
All rooms are arranged on a single level.
The living area includes a spacious living room with sofas, connected to the dining area with a table and an open-plan kitchen. The entire space is organised in a welcoming open space. The kitchen is well-equipped, with an oven, dishwasher and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). From the living room, you can directly access the garden.
The night area consists of two bedrooms: a double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. The bathroom, complete, has a bathtub with shower, WC and bidet.
A parking space in the garage is available for guests, located at the adjacent house number.

For safety reasons, the use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited. -
Chesa Tussilago is located in La Punt Chamues-ch, in a quiet and easily accessible position. The area is sunny and immersed in the nature of Upper Engadine, but at the same time well connected: the railway station is about one kilometre away and the bus stop is only 200 metres away. The ski lift of Zuoz is a few minutes away, while Marguns in Celerina and St. Moritz are respectively 12 and 14 kilometres away.
The apartment, a cosy 3.5-room property, is located on the first floor of a building decorated with typical local graffiti. The house develops over two levels and offers warm, functional and well-distributed spaces.
On the entrance floor, a large living area opens up, spacious and bright, which accommodates both the living room and dining room.
The kitchen, in American style, is slightly separated but connected to the living area through a high table with four stools, ideal for breakfasts or snacks. It is well-equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.
Also on this floor, in the living area, there are two wall beds that can be easily prepared when needed, bringing the apartment's capacity up to six people.
From the living area, you can also access a very pleasant outdoor space, consisting of a terrace with a large table and a garden, perfect for relaxing in the open air.
As soon as you enter, on the right, a staircase leads to the lower floor, where the main sleeping area is developed. Here you will find a master bedroom and a second room with bunk beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. Also on this level there are two bathrooms: one complete with bathtub, shower, sink and WC, and a second service bathroom with sink and WC.
The apartment also has a large internal storage room, an external parking space, a laundry room, and a shared ski storage.
