Description
The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area of La Punt, at the foot of the Albula Pass, overlooking a pleasant south-facing slope. From the accommodation, one enjoys a splendid view of the Engadine and the Val Chamuera. The location is particularly convenient: the La Punt railway station and the nearest bus stop are about 550 metres away, while the ski facilities of Celerina–Marguns are 10 km away and St. Moritz is 13 km away.
The accommodation, approximately 150 m² in size, is located on the third floor of a multi-family house (without a lift) and is spread over two levels.
The living area includes a spacious and bright living room with a dining area. The kitchen, equipped with a table, is well-equipped and has an oven and four hobs.
Three bathrooms, TV and free Wi-Fi are available.
The second level, a mezzanine accessible via an internal staircase, houses a second small living room and the entire sleeping area. Here there are three bedrooms: a double bedroom, a double room with single beds, and a quadruple room with two bunk beds.
The apartment has two parking spaces in a small garage. If your vehicle does not fit within the garage dimensions, it is possible to park conveniently on Via D'Alvra, just 50 metres from the condominium building.
At the disposal of guests there is also a communal laundry.
For safety reasons, the fireplace is not usable.
