The area is sunny and immersed in the nature of Upper Engadine, but at the same time well connected: the railway station is about one kilometre away and the bus stop is only 200 metres away. The ski lift of Zuoz is a few minutes away, while Marguns in Celerina and St. Moritz are respectively 12 and 14 kilometres away.
