Chesa Valluna is a spacious and welcoming apartment located in the heart of Chamues-ch, in a strategic and convenient position close to all services. A few steps away are shops, restaurants, the bus stop, the Musella children's ski lift, cross-country ski trails, and hiking paths. The railway station is about 700 metres away, the Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are 11 km away, while St. Moritz is approximately 14 km away.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building served by an elevator and develops over two levels, with a total surface area of approximately 110 m². Upon entering, there is a large walk-in wardrobe that leads to the first bedroom area, located on the left. Here there is a master bedroom equipped with a spacious walk-in closet with a safe and a complete en-suite bathroom with a bathtub with shower, double washbasin, bidet, and WC.
In another area, the second bedroom area is developed, consisting of a single room and a double room with single beds. This area also has a complete bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, and WC. The apartment is also equipped with a vacuum cleaner, drying rack, ironing board, and iron.
Continuing to the right from the entrance, the bright living area opens up, a spacious open space that combines dining room and living room.
