Chesa Gravulaina - Madulain

Chesa Champagna is located in Madulain, in a very quiet residential area. Madulain railway station is only 300 metres away, whilst the bus stop is approximately 200 metres away. The nearest supermarkets are located in La Punt, approximately 5 minutes by car. St. Moritz is approximately 15 km away and is easily accessible; the Corviglia ski lifts are located here.

The apartment, situated on the ground floor, has an area of approximately 119 m². It features a spacious living room with open-plan kitchen, equipped with all comforts, including a kettle and Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules are not provided). There is also a washing machine. From the living area you can access the balcony and private garden.

The sleeping area consists of a total of three bedrooms. The first is located on a mezzanine, accessible via stairs from the living room, and is equipped with a double sofa bed. The other two bedrooms are located near the entrance: one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a private en suite bathroom.
There is also a third full bathroom for guests located in the corridor.

The property is completed by a private garage (length 10 m – width 2.25 m – height 2.10 m), which can accommodate up to two small cars. Inside it is possible to store skis and boots.

Should the vehicle not fit within the stated dimensions, it shall be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.

For safety reasons, use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited.

It is also strictly prohibited to carry out ski waxing operations within the condominium area.

Chesa Gluna is located in Madulain, in a strategic position and well connected. The bus stop is approximately 450 metres from the accommodation, whilst the train station is approximately 500 metres away. The Celerina–Marguns facilities, in the Corviglia area, are reachable in approximately 12 km and St. Moritz is 14 km away.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a condominium with a lift and is laid out on a single level.

The living area opens onto a bright open space with kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and everything needed to cook independently. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided).

The night area includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a quadruple room with two bunk beds. Completing the property, two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.

At the disposal of guests there is a parking space in the garage.

For the storage of sports equipment there is a ski room.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.
