In the historic centre of the picturesque village of Madulain, just 15 km from St. Moritz, stands Chesa Grischuna, a traditional Engadine house immersed in tranquillity. In just a few minutes on foot, both the railway station and the bus stop can be reached, making travel simple and convenient.
The apartment is a studio of 30 m² located on the second floor, with living and sleeping areas combined in a single welcoming space. It features a spacious kitchenette with three hobs and an oven, a small dining area, and a comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a small washing machine; a common laundry room is also available on the ground floor.
There is no private parking space, but about 300 metres away there is an open-air public car park. The nearest supermarket is located in the nearby town of La Punt, less than 2 km away.
