Chesa Pino is a recently built semi-detached villa. It is located very close to Madulain station. It is surrounded by the meadows and mountains of the Engadin. Paths for beautiful summer and winter walks start directly from the house. The cross-country ski trails are very close. The 120 sq m apartment is accessible by lift directly from the garage and occupies the top two floors of the house. On the first floor of the apartment there is a large living room with an open kitchen from which you can access the garden and terrace. Also on the first floor there are three bedrooms, two double and one single, and two bathrooms. In the attic there is a bathroom and a room with two single beds. The apartment has two parking spaces in the garage, a ski room and a communal laundry room. It is not possible to use the fireplace.
