Chesa Pino is a multi-family house located in an extremely convenient position: the Madulain railway station is just 400 metres away and the bus stop is located 300 metres away. Ski enthusiasts can reach the Marguns ski facilities in Celerina in about 13 kilometres, while St. Moritz is only 15 kilometres away.
The apartment, approximately 120 sq m, is spread over two levels and is accessible both via a lift that directly connects the garage within the dwelling, and via an external staircase.
The living area is a spacious and bright open space, characterised by large windows with mountain views. Here you will find the living room, a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided).
From the living area, you can access a balcony that connects to one of the bedrooms and an external terrace that leads to a garden area.
The night area comprises three bedrooms: a double room with single beds, a room with a double bed, and a second double room with access to the balcony. The latter has a complete en-suite bathroom with a double washbasin, bath with shower, bidet, and WC. A second bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, shower cubicle, bidet, and WC, serves the remaining rooms.
The second level, accessible exclusively via internal stairs, leads to an additional attic area, where two single beds, a sofa and an additional bathroom with spacious shower cubicle, washbasin and WC are located.
At the disposal of guests, there are two parking spaces in the garage and one outside.

If the vehicle does not fit within the indicated measurements, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.

For safety reasons, the use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited.

There is also a washing machine. From the living area, you can access the balcony.
The sleeping area consists of a total of three bedrooms. The first is located on a mezzanine, accessible via stairs from the living room, and is equipped with a double sofa bed. The other two bedrooms are located near the entrance: one with a double bed and the second with three single beds (two at the main level and the third, a single sofa bed, on a raised level accessible via internal stairs). Both bedrooms have a private en suite bathroom.
There is also a service bathroom (WC and washbasin) in the mezzanine area, accessible from the living room and the bedroom with double sofa bed, as well as a third full bathroom for guests located in the corridor.
The property includes a private garage (length 10 m – width 2.25 m – height 2.10 m), which can accommodate up to two small cars. Inside it is possible to store skis and boots.
Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.
