Chesa Pitz Alv 32 is located in Pontresina, in a strategic position and well connected to the town centre and main services. The railway station is approximately 1 km away, whilst the nearest bus stop is reachable in just 200 metres. St. Moritz is 5 km away and the ski facilities of Celerina–Marguns, connected to the Corviglia area, are approximately 3 km away.
The apartment, of approximately 60 m², is located on the penultimate floor of a condominium equipped with a lift and develops entirely on a single level.
The living area opens onto a bright open space that includes a mansard lounge, kitchenette and dining area. The American-style kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and everything needed to cook independently. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided).
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a double bedroom and a triple room with a bunk bed and an extendable single bed.
There are two bathrooms: one complete bathroom with a bath and shower, and a second service bathroom equipped with a toilet and sink.
At the disposal of guests there is a motorised parking space in the garage.
The maximum height of the garage entrance is 150 cm.

The apartment is located in a recently built condominium, situated on the third floor with a lift.
The apartment is laid out over two levels. On the main floor there is a splendid living area from which you can access directly onto the balcony, which enjoys a magnificent view over the valley. The kitchen is separate and is equipped with all comforts, including a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with classic capsules (capsules not provided) and a kettle.
On the upper mezzanine floor there is a splendid reading area, ideal for relaxing, equipped with comfortable armchairs.
The sleeping area, located on the lower floor, consists of two bedrooms: a triple room with a bunk bed and a single bed, and a double bedroom.
At the disposal of guests there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
Guests can use two parking spaces in the garage (maximum height 200 cm). Should the vehicle not fit within the specified dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.
For sports equipment, a ski room is available. A shared laundry facility is available for use by prior reservation.
For security reasons, the use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, waxing operations are prohibited within the condominium area.
