Description
The apartment, modern and bright, is located on the first floor of the building and is accessed from the pedestrian entrance by descending one level. The rooms are spacious and well-distributed, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and tranquillity.
Living Area
The living area consists of a spacious lounge with open-plan kitchen, a welcoming environment perfect for spending convivial moments. The kitchen is fully equipped and also includes a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (not provided). Next to the lounge is a separate TV room, equipped with a three-seater sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day in the open air.
The large terrace, accessible from both the lounge and the TV room, extends along the entire façade and offers a spectacular view of the mountains of the splendid Engadina.
Sleeping area
The sleeping area comprises four bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a French bed and two rooms with two single beds each. There are two bathrooms: the first equipped with a double sink, toilet and bathtub; the second with a shower enclosure, single sink and toilet.
Services and facilities
The property has two covered external parking spaces, arranged in a row. Should the vehicle not fit within the dimensions of the available parking spaces or it not be possible to park in the immediate vicinity, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a small private storage for skis, boots and jackets. A ski room is also available for storing sports equipment. Waxing operations are strictly prohibited within the condominium area.
The house accepts small and medium-sized dogs.

Check-in is normally available from 4:00 PM onwards. If you wish to arrive early, we invite you to inform us in advance: we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We've been visiting the Engadin area in Switzerland quite often already (10+ times) and this year was our (family with 3 grown up kids) second stay in the town of Pontresina. Although the stays have always been pleasant, the stay in Chesa Rivarel was exceptional. We had a very nice 4 bedroom apartment at the side of the river Staz, which was recently built or refurbished. Nice modern equipment in kitchen and badrooms and very clean and spacious bedrooms.
