Located in the upper and panoramic part of Samedan, the residence Sur Puoz 15 enjoys a spectacular view over the entire Engadin valley and the glaciers of the Bernina massif. The building is served by a lift and is only 500 metres from the centre of the village and 900 metres from the railway station. The main hiking trails start directly from the property, whilst St. Moritz is just 8 kilometres away, making the location ideal both for those who love nature and for those who wish to move comfortably between the different villages of the Engadin.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is spread over two levels, offering approximately 120 square metres of spacious and comfortable spaces. The living area, situated at the upper level, welcomes guests with a practical wardrobe at the entrance that leads into a large lounge with integrated dining area. The large panoramic windows frame the mountain landscape and bring brightness to the space. From the lounge there is direct access to a terrace furnished with an outdoor table, perfect for meals and moments of relaxation in the open air. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, fitted with an oven, dishwasher and access to a second external area with a table. On this level there is also a bright double bedroom with access to the terrace and en suite bathroom, complete with double sink, bathtub with integrated shower, toilet and bidet. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules, which are not provided.

Here the sleeping area is laid out, consisting of a spacious quadruple room with two bunk beds and a double room with a bunk bed. Serving both rooms is a large bathroom with double sink, bath with shower, toilet and bidet, ensuring comfort and practicality even for large groups or families.
The apartment is equipped with Wi‑Fi, shared laundry facilities and a parking space in the building's underground garage, ensuring convenience in every season. There is also a dedicated ski storage room. Please note that waxing operations are strictly prohibited within the condominium area.
