Chesa Allegria is located in Sils Maria, very close to the departure station of the Furtschellas cable car and the cross-country ski trails. In summer, the hiking trails start directly from the house. The supermarket is only 300 metres away and the centre of Sils is just a little further. St. Moritz is 10 km away. The third-floor apartment without a lift has an area of around 60 square metres and has a triple aspect. It has a living room with a seating and dining area with a west-facing balcony overlooking the village. Double bedroom. Bedroom with bunk beds with a small east-facing balcony overlooking Lake Silvaplana. Kitchen with 3 electric hobs, oven, sink, fridge and dishwasher with a south-facing balcony towards the Corvatsch. Bathroom with bathtub. Wi-Fi. Smart TV, television can only be watched via the web. Private garage. Communal laundry room.
