The attic consists of a double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed for 2 people. The kitchen and bathroom are functional. Wireless internet access, telephone and flat-screen TV are provided for comfort. All historic wooden flooring and granite slabs in the corridor. Skis can be stored in the ski storage. Suitable for families. For the car, there is a reserved parking space in the underground municipal car park in Sils, 200 metres from the apartment.

The apartment, located on the third floor of a building without an elevator, has an area of approximately 60 square metres and enjoys a triple exposure. The living area consists of a living room and a dining room with a west-facing balcony, which opens onto the village offering picturesque views at sunset. The kitchen, separate and functional, is well-equipped with three electric hobs, oven, sink, refrigerator and dishwasher, and has a second balcony with a view of the Corvatsch mountains.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a second room with a bunk bed. The latter has a bright small balcony overlooking Lake Silvaplana, which provides a relaxing atmosphere. The internal bathroom is complete with a bathtub with shower, offering comfort and practicality.
