During the winter, a convenient bus stop located near the house offers a free shuttle service that takes you directly to the Furtschellas ski area. The Corvatsch ski area is instead reachable in just 10 minutes by bus, while the famous resort of St. Moritz is just 10 kilometres away.

The apartment, spacious and bright, is located on the first floor (without lift) and develops on a single level for a total surface area of 100 square metres. The internal spaces are well distributed and designed to offer maximum comfort to families or groups of up to six people. It has three bedrooms: one double and two twin rooms with single beds. There are two bathrooms, one service bathroom with toilet, bidet and sink, and one complete bathroom with bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and everything necessary to cook in a practical and pleasant way; inside you will also find a convenient raised table with four bar-style stools, perfect for having breakfast or enjoying a snack during the day. At the guests' disposal there are also a parking space in the garage, a communal garden where to relax outdoors, a paid communal laundry and a ski storage. Wi-Fi connection is free throughout the house.
