Chesa La Buot is located in the residential area of Silvaplana, in a strategic and well-connected position. The bus stop is only 400 metres away, the Corvatsch ski lifts are 2 km away, whilst St. Moritz is reachable in just 5 km.

The apartment, of approximately 150 m², is located on the top floor of a condominium equipped with a lift and is spread over two levels.

ENTRANCE LEVEL
On entering, the living area opens up, consisting of a spacious lounge with dining area and access to the balcony. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher and everything necessary for independent cooking. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided).

Always on this level there is part of the sleeping area, consisting of three double rooms: two with single beds joined together and one with a bunk bed. The floor is completed by two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.

UPPER LEVEL
The mansard floor is accessible via an internal staircase. Here you will find a second, more intimate lounge, ideal for relaxing, and the master bedroom with a double bed. On the same level there are two further complete bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.

At the disposal of guests there are two parking spaces in the garage.
Should the vehicle not fit within the dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.

Access to the shared laundry room.

For the storage of sports equipment there is a ski room.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.
