Chesa Arouns is located in a residential area just above the Coop supermarket, in an extremely quiet and traffic-free zone. The centre of St. Moritz is about 1 km away, the railway station about 2 km and the departure of the Signal cable car about 1 km. The supermarket is just 300 metres away. The apartment building has a lift.
The apartment offers a splendid living area with a balcony from which one can enjoy a pleasant view of the valley. The kitchen is separate from the living room and is equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided).
The night area has 3 rooms: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed, and a third with two bunk beds, available for two guests. The apartment is served by two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, both equipped with a bidet.
The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people.
Available to guests is a parking space in the garage with limited dimensions:

Length: 450 cm
If the vehicle does not fit within the indicated measurements, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.
There is no dedicated room for skis, but you will find racks to store them. A communal laundry is also available.

Chesa Cuntainta is located in St. Moritz Bad, opposite the Coop. Easily accessible by bus (stop 83 m away) and 1.7 km from the railway station; the Signal cable car is 900 m away and conveniently reached by bus. The location is extremely practical: shops, restaurants and essential services are nearby, as well as connections to the local hiking trails.
The 100 square metre apartment is located on the first floor and is served by a lift.
