The apartment is located in the upper part of St. Moritz, an area that offers the perfect balance between convenience and tranquillity. Although just a few steps from the centre, the accommodation enjoys a more reserved position, ideal for those seeking a relaxing stay. It is easily accessible by public transport: the railway station is about a kilometre away, while the nearest bus stop is only three hundred metres away, right under the Segantini Museum.
The apartment is developed on a single level on the lower floor of the condominium.
A spacious and bright open space constitutes the living area, with direct access to a balcony from which one can admire the splendid panorama of Lake St. Moritz. The kitchen, separate and functional, is equipped with an oven and dishwasher, perfect for those who love to cook even on holiday.
The night area is well distributed and designed to accommodate up to six people. There are two main bedrooms: a double bedroom and one with a bunk bed. A third room is added, separable by a sliding door, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed. Two bathrooms complete the accommodation, offering practicality and comfort for groups or families.
Guests have access to Wi-Fi, a common ski room and a parking space in the garage (Garage Entrance Height 215 cm - Parking Space Width 225 cm - Parking Space Length 440 cm).
IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION
We are notifying that from 6 October to 7 November 2025, work will be carried out on the lift system connecting the garage to the building. During this period, the garage will not be accessible and the parking space cannot be guaranteed. Chesa Ruintasch is located in a quieter residential area, away from the lively pace of St. Moritz, but still well connected. The nearest bus stop is about 500 metres away, while the railway station, from which the famous Glacier Express departs, is about 1 km away. To reach the ski slopes, you can choose the Chantarella train, which goes directly to the Corviglia ski area, or opt for nearby Celerina, from which the Celerina-Marguns cable car departs, less than 3 km from the apartment.
The accommodation is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator and is developed on a single level. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, and opens onto a balcony. The dining room, also in a dedicated space, is ideal for convivial moments. The living room is spacious and bright, with direct access to a balcony that offers a splendid view of the Cresta Run track.
The night area consists of two double bedrooms, both with balconies, and a room with two single beds. The two bathrooms are well distributed: one is equipped with a shower and washing machine, the other with a comfortable bathtub.
