Suot Brattas 22 is a spacious apartment located in the heart of St. Moritz Dorf, directly opposite the Kulm Country Club. The location is extremely convenient: a few steps away there is a bus stop, the railway station is about one kilometre away and the Coop supermarket is reachable in just a few minutes on foot. The pedestrian centre of St. Moritz is also nearby and easily accessible, making the accommodation ideal for those who wish to get around without using a car.
The living area opens with an entrance that leads to a spacious and bright living area, where the lounge and dining room coexist in a welcoming and spacious environment, characterised by a large table for eight people. From here you can access the terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the Engadin mountains. The kitchen, separate and well-equipped, has an oven, dishwasher, four-ring hob and espresso coffee machine. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules, which are not provided. Next to the living area there is also a practical guest bathroom.
The sleeping area, completely separate to guarantee tranquillity and privacy, comprises two double bedrooms and a quadruple room with a double bed and bunk bed. The sleeping area also has a full bathroom with bath and shower, as well as the en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom, equipped with a shower enclosure.
Guests have access to a spacious private garage parking space. The garage entrance measures 190 cm in height and 290 cm in width; should the vehicle not fit within the stated dimensions, it will be necessary to independently arrange alternative solutions at paid municipal car parks.
At the guests' disposal there is also a communal laundry room and a ski room, ideal for storing sports equipment and boots after a day on the slopes. Please note that waxing operations are strictly prohibited within the condominium area.
