Chesa Arpiglia is a multi-family condominium located at the entrance to Zuoz. Just 200 meters from the Zuoz station and 400 meters from the town center. The lift facilities are located 750 meters from the house. The cross-country ski runs and the golf course are 650 meters away. St. Moritz is 18 km away. In summer as in winter, the hiking trails start directly from the apartment. The Swiss National Park is 6 km away.
The apartment of about 140 square meters is located on the last two floors of the building.
On the first floor of the apartment accessible by elevator there are two double bedrooms (2 single beds each). Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Large wardrobes and bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor large living room with access to covered balcony, independent kitchen and double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub.
