Chesa Ladina is located in the upper part of Zuoz, in a privileged position and conveniently connected to the main services of the village. The railway station is approximately 500 metres away, whilst the nearest bus stop is reachable in 600 metres. The Pizzet/Albanas ski facilities are just a few steps from the accommodation, whilst the Marguns facilities – connected to the Corviglia ski area – are situated approximately 14 km away. St. Moritz is reachable in 16 km.
The apartment, of 95 m², is located on the first floor of a condominium equipped with a lift and develops entirely on a single level.
The bright living area is organised in a spacious open space that includes kitchen, dining area and lounge, with direct access to the garden. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped, fitted with an oven, dishwasher and everything necessary to cook independently. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided).
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one double and one triple with a bunk bed and a single bed. The property also has two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one en suite in the double bedroom, equipped with a shower.
At the disposal of guests there are two parking spaces in the garage.
Maximum garage dimensions:
* Height 220 centimetres
* Width 300 centimetres
* Length 500 centimetres
Should the vehicle not fit within the measurements, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.
