Chesa Clus is a multi-family condominium located at the entrance to Zuoz, just 200 metres from the railway station and 400 metres from the town centre. Less than 300 metres away is also the Coop supermarket. The ski lifts are approximately 750 metres away, whilst the cross-country skiing slopes and golf course are located about 650 metres away. St. Moritz is 18 km away.
Both in summer and in winter, hiking trails start directly from the apartment. The Swiss National Park is approximately 6 km away.
The flat, located on the fourth floor without a lift, has a surface area of approximately 100 sq m and features a spacious living room with a view of the valley and access to the balcony.
The kitchen, separate and perfectly equipped, is fitted with hobs, refrigerator, worktop, oven and all necessary comforts, as well as a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with classic capsules (capsules not provided). There is also a convenient dining table.
