Chesa Clus is a multi-family condominium located at the entrance to Zuoz. Just 200 meters from the Zuoz station and 400 meters from the town center. The lift are located 750 meters from the house. The cross-country ski trails and the golf course are 650 meters away. St. Moritz is 18 km away. In summer as in winter, the hiking trails start directly from the apartment. The Swiss National Park is 6 km away.
The apartment on the fourth floor without elevator is about 100 square meters and has a large living room overlooking the valley and access to the counter. Fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Two parking spaces, one outside and the other in the garage in the building across the road.
