During the summer period it’s in a very convenient position for reach all the best excursions. St. Moritz is 3 km from the house. Lake Staz can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 500 meters away, while the station is 700 meters away. The studio is an attic on the fourth floor without a lift. It is a studio with double sofa bed, open kitchen with two burners, bathroom with shower. There is an outdoor parking space, shared laundry and ski room.

The 25 square metre studio apartment has a living and dining area. The sofas become the beds of the apartment at night. The kitchen is separate and has three electric hobs and an oven. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. The apartment does not have private parking. Shared ski room and laundry facilities in the building.
