The railway station is about 300 metres away, while the nearest bus stop is just 100 metres away. The ski facilities of Celerina–Marguns, connected to the Corviglia ski area, are 12 km away. St. Moritz is reachable in about 15 km.
The apartment is a studio of 30 m², located on the second floor of a building without a lift and develops on a single floor.
The environment combines living and sleeping areas in a single welcoming space.
The kitchenette is equipped with three burners, oven and everything necessary to cook independently. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). The dining area is cosy and functional, while the sofa bed offers optimal comfort. From the room, you can directly access the balcony.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a small washing machine; on the ground floor there is also a common laundry room.
A private parking space is not available.
