The location is extremely convenient: the Chantarella funicular is 350 metres away, the railway station is 650 metres away and the nearest access point is just 72 metres away. The Coop supermarket is also reachable in a few minutes on foot, as are shops, restaurants and the pedestrian centre.
Apartment number 23 is a studio flat of approximately 35 square metres located on the second floor of the building. The living/sleeping area is organised in a single bright and functional space, with a double bed and a one-and-a-half-seater sofa bed, a dining table for four people and a large window offering a splendid view of Lake St. Moritz. The kitchen is separate and well-equipped, with a four-hob induction cooktop, oven and dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules, which are not provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Guests have access to the shared laundry facilities, available for a fee, and a dedicated ski storage room. Please note that waxing operations are strictly prohibited within the condominium area.
