• Cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival: 0% of the booking amount

• Cancellation fewer than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the booking amount

• No refund in case of voluntary early departure

NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION POLICY
By choosing the non-refundable rate (10% discount on the total amount), the guest waives any right to a refund under any circumstance (even if cancelling before or after the deadlines, or departing early).

MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY
If, due to unforeseen events or causes beyond the Company’s control, the reserved accommodation becomes unavailable, the Company will provide an alternative of equal or superior quality, with no refund obligation for either party.
