CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

In case of cancellation, the client will be charged:

• 0% of the booking amount if canceled 14 days or more before the check-in date.

• 100% of the booking amount if canceled less than 14 days before the check-in date.

   

   

  There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily withdraws from the service before the end of their stay.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY

In case of unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the company's control, if the accommodation cannot be occupied, the company will provide the client with another accommodation of equal or superior characteristics without any reimbursement on either side.
