Romantic 110 m² apartment located on the first floor of a condominium in the high and quiet part of Celerina/Schlarigna, a few steps from the centre. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a living room and dining table overlooking a balcony with a mountain view. The kitchen is independent, with induction and fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, utensils, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
The night area hosts four rooms for a total of 7 bed spaces: a single room and three double rooms, two with single beds and one with a bunk bed that gives access to a small balcony. The two bathrooms, both complete, offer a shower and a bathtub for the maximum comfort of guests. The property is completed by a 6 m² terrace, balconies, Wi-Fi connection, hairdryer, iron and centralised heating.
In the apartment building, there is a communal laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer that operate by inserting coins.
The location is convenient for mountain lovers: the railway station is about 400 m away, the Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are about 550 m away, the supermarket is 650 m away and the bus stop is 700 m away; St. Moritz can be reached in about 3 km.
Available to guests is a parking space in the garage (height 200 cm, width 395 cm). Only one car can be parked in the garage. It is required to leave the keys inside the vehicle.

The Marguns ski lifts, connected to the Corviglia ski area, are accessible on foot and are approximately 800 metres away. St. Moritz is approximately 3 km away.
The apartment of approximately 120 m² is located on the second floor of a building without a lift and is laid out on a single level.
The entrance is equipped with a convenient cloakroom.
The living area opens onto a bright lounge with an integrated dining corner, from which you can access the balcony directly. The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and offers everything you need to cook independently. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided).
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: a double bedroom with two single mattresses (80x190 cm), a triple room with a single bed and a bunk bed, and a double room with a bunk bed.
To complete the property two full bathrooms with shower enclosures, one of which en suite in the master bedroom.
At the disposal of guests there are two parking spaces, one in the garage and one external.

Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.
There is also a communal laundry room (*) accessible according to the pre-established condominium schedules.

It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.
(*) LAUNDRY ROOM ACCESS
Access to the laundry room is permitted only upon request and requires collection of the key from our offices, subject to a CHF 100 security deposit. The key must be returned upon completion of use. -
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Dear clients, we inform you that, due to municipal road works on Via Lavinas and Vietta Funtanella, from 13 April 2026 until approximately mid-November 2026, car access to the house will not be guaranteed. During this period, it will be possible to use the paid car parks of the municipality of Celerina. Furthermore, access to the apartment may prove difficult, especially for elderly people or families with children, as entry to the condominium may take place via secondary roads. We have already applied a reduction in rates to compensate for the inconvenience. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Chesa Spuondas is located in the quiet residential neighbourhood of Celerina, a sunny area that is very convenient for those who wish to enjoy the mountains without sacrificing peace and quiet. From the apartment you can admire the splendid view of the Engadina mountains. The Celerina-Marguns ski lifts and cross-country skiing slopes are within walking distance, with the cable car just 200 metres away. The railway station and bus stop are also nearby, whilst St. Moritz is only 3 km away.
The flat, of approximately 100 square metres, occupies the entire fourth and top floor of a condominium not served by a lift. Access is via an internal staircase and all rooms are on a single level.
The entrance leads to the bright living area, where the dining room and lounge create a welcoming environment ideal for relaxing. From here you can access the balcony, perfect for enjoying the Engadin panorama. The kitchen, separate and well-equipped, offers everything necessary for cooking independently.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the balcony, a double room with single beds and a single bedroom. There are two bathrooms, both equipped with a bath and shower, convenient for families or groups.
During winter, a ski equipment rack is available for storage, in addition to the shared laundry facilities.
At the guests' disposal there is a garage box suitable for only one vehicle of reduced dimensions - height 188 cm, length 450 cm and width 320 cm. Parking is not permitted in the condominium areas and, should the car not fit within the garage measurements, it will be necessary to use paid public car parks.
