Romantic 110 m² apartment located on the first floor of a condominium in the high and quiet part of Celerina/Schlarigna, a few steps from the centre. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a living room and dining table overlooking a balcony with a mountain view. The kitchen is independent, with induction and fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, utensils, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
The night area hosts four rooms for a total of 7 bed spaces: a single room and three double rooms, two with single beds and one with a bunk bed that gives access to a small balcony. The two bathrooms, both complete, offer a shower and a bathtub for the maximum comfort of guests. The property is completed by a 6 m² terrace, balconies, Wi-Fi connection, hairdryer, iron and centralised heating.
In the apartment building, there is a communal laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer that operate by inserting coins.
The location is convenient for mountain lovers: the railway station is about 400 m away, the Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are about 550 m away, the supermarket is 650 m away and the bus stop is 700 m away; St. Moritz can be reached in about 3 km.
Available to guests is a parking space in the garage (height 200 cm, width 395 cm). Only one car can be parked in the garage. It is required to leave the keys inside the vehicle.

During the summer season, the area offers numerous scenic walks and an ideal environment for relaxing and enjoying nature.
Located on the third floor, the accommodation enjoys a splendid 180° view over the surrounding valley.
The living area is bright and welcoming and leads to the balcony. It includes the lounge and open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer and Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). The apartment is also equipped with cable TV and fast internet connection.
The night area consists of two double bedrooms and a bedroom with three single beds, ideal for families or groups. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
The apartment has a parking space inside the condominium garage. No specific space is assigned: you can park in any available free space. The parking space is available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be occupied by only one vehicle. The car must be parked vertically in relation to the entrance, never horizontally, and must always be left unlocked with the keys inside.
Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.
