Chesa Piz Padella - Celerina

Chesa Spuondas is located in the quiet residential district of Celerina, a sunny area very convenient for those who wish to experience the mountains without giving up tranquillity. From the apartment, one can admire the splendid view of the Engadina mountains. The Celerina-Marguns ski lifts and cross-country ski trails are walkable, with the cable car just 200 metres away. The railway station and bus stop are also nearby, while St. Moritz is just 3 km away.

The apartment, approximately 100 square metres in size, occupies the entire fourth and top floor of a building without a lift. Access is via an internal staircase and all rooms are arranged on a single level.

The entrance leads to the bright living area, where the dining room and living room create a welcoming and ideal environment for relaxing. From here, you can access the balcony, perfect for enjoying the Engadine panorama. The kitchen, separate and well-equipped, offers everything necessary for cooking independently.

The night area consists of two double bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the balcony, a double room with single beds, and a single room. There are two bathrooms, both equipped with a bath with shower, comfortable for families or groups.

During the winter, a ski rack is available for storing ski equipment, in addition to the communal laundry.

Available to guests is a garage suitable for a single small vehicle - height 188 cm, length 450 cm and width 320 cm. Parking is not permitted in communal areas and, if the car does not fit within the garage dimensions, it will be necessary to use paid public parking spaces.

Dear customers, we inform you that, due to municipal road works on Via Lavinas & Vietta Funtanella, from 13 April 2026 until approximately mid-November, arrival by car to the house is not guaranteed. Consequently, the garage will not be available during this period. We have applied a rate reduction to compensate for the inconvenience. This spacious 4-room apartment is located in Celerina, in a quiet and well-served area, close to all amenities. The ski lifts are only 800 metres away, while the renowned St. Moritz is approximately 4 km away. The nearest bus stop is 300 metres away and the main railway station can be reached in about 700 metres.

The apartment, located on the second floor of a building without a lift, has an area of approximately 120 m² and is perfect for hosting families or groups of friends. The entrance is equipped with a convenient wardrobe.
The living area consists of a spacious and bright living room with an integrated dining area, which directly accesses a south-facing balcony, ideal for relaxing or enjoying the view.
The kitchen is separate and well-equipped, with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster, offering everything necessary to cook in a practical and pleasant way.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with two single mattresses (80x190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC, a triple room with a single bed and a bunk bed, and a double room with a bunk bed. There is also a second bathroom, also complete with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.

At the guests' disposal there is a parking space in the garage (with dimensions of 185 cm in height, 200 cm in width and 320 cm in length) and an external parking space.
The apartment also offers free Wi-Fi connection and access to a condominium laundry.
