The apartment, approximately 120 m², is located on the first floor and is accessible via an external staircase. The entrance opens onto a spacious mezzanine lounge, characterised by generous volumes and luminosity that enhances the entire space. From this area, you can access the terrace, overlooking the valley with a wide and evocative view. Next to the living room is the separate kitchen, well organised and fully equipped.

Located on the third floor, the accommodation enjoys a splendid 180° view over the surrounding valley.
The living area is bright and welcoming and leads to the balcony. It includes the lounge and open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer and Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). The apartment is also equipped with cable TV and fast internet connection.
The night area consists of two double bedrooms and a bedroom with three single beds, ideal for families or groups. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
The apartment has a parking space inside the condominium garage. No specific space is assigned: you can park in any available free space. The parking space is available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be occupied by only one vehicle. The car must be parked vertically in relation to the entrance, never horizontally, and must always be left unlocked with the keys inside.
Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.
