Chesa Spuondas is located in the residential district of Celerina, just 2.5 km from St. Moritz. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area. From the whole house you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Engadine mountains.
Ski lifts such as cross-country skiing trails are within walking distance, and the Marguns cable car is only 200 metres away. Celerina train station is 300 metres away.
The apartment of about 100 square meters is located on the fourth and last floor of Chesa Spuondas. It can only be reached by stairs

From the main corridor, continuing towards the balcony, there is the living room with the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, moka coffee maker, Nespresso, water boiler and refrigerator with freezer.
The house has cable TV and fast internet connection.
IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION
From August to November, road works are planned in the area, which could make direct access to the condominium difficult. In particular, Pradatsch Sur road will be closed to traffic. However, the apartment remains accessible via Via Lavinas.

Check-in is normally scheduled from 4:00 PM. If you wish to arrive early, please inform us in good time: we will do our best to accommodate your request. -
Romantic 110 m² apartment located on the first floor of a condominium in the high and quiet part of Celerina/Schlarigna, a few steps from the centre. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a living room and dining table overlooking a balcony with a mountain view. The kitchen is independent, with induction and fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, utensils, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
The night area hosts four rooms for a total of 7 bed spaces: a single room and three double rooms, two with single beds and one with a bunk bed that gives access to a small balcony. The two bathrooms, both complete, offer a shower and a bathtub for the maximum comfort of guests. The property is completed by a 6 m² terrace, balconies, Wi-Fi connection, hairdryer, iron and centralised heating.
In the apartment building, there is a communal laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer that operate by inserting coins.
The location is convenient for mountain lovers: the railway station is about 400 m away, the Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are about 550 m away, the supermarket is 650 m away and the bus stop is 700 m away; St. Moritz can be reached in about 3 km. A parking space in the garage is included, ideal for those arriving by car.
